"Do not buy from this site. They have received my returned items 2 months ago and they still have not refunded my money. It is impossible to get through to someone at this company. The only response I received to my emails was that they will review the issue and get back to me. They do not answer the phone number listed. It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I spent over $300 and returned the items unworn and with the labels attached. I followed all their return procedures and obtained an RMA number. This company is a scam. "

Now I cannot sleep on anything else. The website shows 100% actual colours. They look as luxurious as they feel , are breathable and dermatologists recommend them for healthier skin. Easier on your skin than cotton pillowcases with less moisture taken from your skin and hair.

"If i could leave less than no stars, i would. I placed my order for a fitted sheet and 2 pillows on December 26 2018... it is now Jan 8th 2019 and it's still not here. UPS delivery was supposed to happen on the 7th, but due to incorrect paperwork by the sender, it's delayed.... was supposed to be delivered today Jan 8, but still no joy. So who knows when it will ever arrive. LilySilk customer service is 100% UNRESPONSIVE!
