We haven't had a single bad experience with any teacher or staff member the entire 4 years we've been using them. We're constantly impressed by their routines and structure and inspired by the way these educators reach our kids on such a personal level despite having a full class. Our kids miss their teacher over the weekend and get excited about all the fun projects and activities that make them WANT to learn. "

"We love our director and most of our son's teachers thus far. Having the app is wonderful, it helps keep me in the know. I love getting updates so then I can talk to him about his day after school. I do wish there was more communication. For example, a Sunday email that gives a brief look ahead; lesson plans, special activities to prep for, upcoming closings, etc. I also wish the center did more like Muffins with Mom for Mother's Day and Donuts with Dad for Father's Day."

"We love the SproutAbout App and ability to see our child throughout the day. Our child loves his lead-teacher and she is really good to him (just as the other teachers are too). When you get a chance to speak to the Director/Co-Director, you usually get all of your questions/concerns answered and a better feeling of things. They are good at what they do! Communication is key and as long as everyone is on the same page, then any minor hiccup is easily addressed with the understanding that we are one team working towards the same goal."
