"Not great. AT ALL! Constantly changing pricing. School director, Tiffany,told me herself NOT to pay while she fixed everything regarding my voucher because she thought the pricing was wrong just to find out the pricing was correct which left me with OVER a $400 balance that I had to take care of. She also threatened me saying they wouldn't be able to come back behind that situation knowing I was trying to pay everything I had, although I WAS NOT at fault. Additionally, my infant child's teacher, Aniya, DID NOT take my child from me 2 days in a row when she was opening the daycare & I went in to drop my children off. She instructed me to lay him on a carpet that WAS NOT in the infant room, but in a common area that parent & bigger kids play & walk on! Also, almost everyday I have to hunt for tissue to wipe my children's noses!! I've asked multiple times for the Regional Director's number & every time have been given an excuse or runaround. & still, I have yet to receive that!"
