"I appreciate the focus on curriculum and learning, but it is hard to get past the cold, unwelcoming nature of the rooms."

"I struggled with this school in the beginning mostly due to inconsistent management. With the current management, the school has really improved. Teachers are consistent. It is clear that they have the best interest of my child. Even the building he had improvements. Management showing a desire to advocate on the behalf of myself and my child means everything to me."

"Our daughter started here three months ago at 7 months of age. She had a hard time with the new surroundings for the first few weeks, but the staff here - both teachers and administrators - worked hard to make her feel comfortable and happy. I felt like they genuinely care about her and it's reflected in how she now interacts with the adults and kids in her classroom. She enjoys all the new activities, and comes home happy. I've also been very satisfied with the open door policy. When our daughter was just starting, they repeatedly encouraged us to feel free to drop in or call as many times as we wanted to check up on her. Overall, I've been very happy with both her teachers and the administrative staff at the facility."

"The school has done a great job with transitioning my older daughter from infant to one, then twos room, however, the communication with us as parents has been lacking. We weren't told what requirements were needed for her to go to the next part of the room or a new room and when they expected to start transitioning her. I think it would be very helpful to have an orientation with parents when they are transitioning child to a new room. What the activities are, timelines, etc. The information posted outside the classroom is good, but more detail would be nice as to what to expect. Communication from primary room teachers to fill in teachers later in the afternoon is not always the best. Sometimes I don't get my daughters daily sheet and no one knows where it is because she is moved from twos to ones, then infant room during the afternoon as staff leaves for the day. This concerns me because I'm not sure she is being changed/fed timely with all the moving around."
