"I cannot say enough good things about La Petite Newington. My son has been attending for 2.5 years now. He has received fantastic care in all of his classrooms. He has multiple food allergies and the staff goes above and beyond to keep him safe while still providing him a normal daycare experience including meals with his friends. His language, communication, and emotional skills are far beyond those of his peers that do not attend daycare and I strongly believe that is because of the care that he gets at La Petite. The kids have so much fun and are exposed to new experiences everyday. I know my son is loved and cared for at La Petite and he is given the love and attention he deserves that I would not be able to provide for him while working from home. We are preparing to send our second child to La Petite as well. I will admit it is more expensive than other daycares in the area, but it has been worth every penny for us."

"When i started with the school in July, my sons teachers welcomed me with open arms and made sure I felt comfortable leaving him for the first time. They went over his schedule to make sure they would meet all his needs. Since then they have helped me through his milestones and encourage his development on a daily basis. His primary caretaker is very attentive and always coaches me through any concerns or questions I may have!"

"My son has multiple food allergies to 5 of the top allergens. Our school has been great at working with his allergies. The staff does a great job of providing the menus to us in advance so that we know when our son can eat the school-provided lunch, communicating with us when there has been a change to the menu, and providing alternatives when menus change at the last minute. I know it's additional work for the staff and I'm so greatly appreciative of them for putting in the time and effort. It's so important to us that our son can eat the same foods as his classmates when possible, as I believe it helps him feel included. I'm not sure other daycares would go to the lengths that LPA Springfield does to ensure Leo is fed and feels safe and included. I'm so grateful for the staff and their partnership in managing my son's allergies. Realistically, his life will always look very different than his friends, but the staff here does their best to minimize that."
