"This is one of the best daycares we have been a part of. We typically are in on base schools, but I have never had so many updates and felt so relieved to see my children happy and engaged all or most of the day. They are happy and I am happy."
"I love it!! The teachers and staff are great and they look forward to going each day"
"Staff is great, but price is too high."
"We are very happy with the school. COVID times make things a bit unpredictable but as parents we receive a lot of great communication from the school, which is very much appreciated. One thing that would be nice is if we (the parents) could have a bit more contact with the teachers because we don't get the opportunity to interact with them at pick-up and drop-off. I know we can always reach out and request a conference but sometimes we the parents don't know if anything is wrong to actually request one. Also, it would be great if we had some tips/tricks to help when the kids are home due to quarantine closures. Not sure if that could be put on a website someplace for us. We do our best to stick to the school schedule but sometimes we run out of ideas."
"I have really enjoyed this school. They communicate so well and are quick to respond to inquiries. I absolutely LOVE the recent addition of livestreaming so that I can pop in on circle time with my kids and see what they're doing. It helps foster our dinner time conversations, since my toddler and 4yo aren't great at answering a generic what'd you do today in school? Instead I can say, Today you did yoga, story time, and worked in your workbook. What did you like best? and go from there. I love seeing how enthusiastic the teachers are, and how they clearly love my kids (and the others in class). The director and staff are also professional and helpful, and never make me feel like my inquires or requests are stupid or unnecessary. I appreciate how involved and included they attempt to make parents."
"I have really only interacted with the director and education director. Those have always been great experiences. They greet my children daily and take a lot of precautions to ensure the kids are safe. I really appreciate everything they do and how well my children are taken care of daily. Again, the only thing I would change would be more updates from my school age child."
"While this is not necessarily applicable - my 3 year old goes to a different school and the children successfully wear masks. Additionally, I have notices a number of parents do not wear masks when they drop off their children (these are older children that can run to the door - thus respecting the 6 feet rule). I would prefer all of the parents where a mask when dropping off their children if possible."
"Excellent - best overall experience as compared to over 4 other daycare experiences we have had as a military family."
"I needed childcare suddenly and had limited options for my two boys. TBH, this was the only nearby school available that fit our needs and accepted our subsidy program. But I have been so happy with the care my boys receive. My 1-year-old's teachers post multiple videos/pictures a day on the family app and seem to be just as in love with him as I am. My 3-year-old tells me what he did during the day and all about his friends, what art projects he did, and demonstrates his yoda (yoga) moves to me. I think there's an appropriate amount of curriculum in the classrooms for their ages. And though there's also plenty of free-play, I feel like the teachers are still engaging with the kids. So far, I enjoy this school and I have no complaints. I appreciate all the communication from the teachers and director as well."
"Amazing. The staff at this school have always been kind and put my mind at ease. It’s always difficult leaving your children in someone else’s care and the staff at this school are always so sweet. They send extra pictures for the first week or so just to help me cope. My children love the staff. My 2 year old always comes home with a smile and talks about how much fun he had. I can’t say enough good things about this school and the amazing staff that truly seem to treat my children as their own which I appreciate."
"It’s been good. The staff seem nice"
"Great school, very clean and safe. Teachers are very friendly, fun and taking a good care of my kid."
"Overall very good, we had a number of issue with communication on teacher statuses, sickness going around in the fall and all has been resolved. There was also very high turnover which seems to be resolved now."
"Extremely poor mainly due to the director role in discriminating my child based on his disability"
"The school and most of the teachers are fine. A couple of the teachers yell at the kids which I don’t like. The director is mean and doesn’t like parents. I do NOT recommend the before and after school programs - they don’t have enough resources to operate them well."
