"I had a terrible experience at the Sun Prairie, WI La Petite. I would recommend against this site to any friends looking for childcare. The first issue was the staff person leaning on the entry counter whining repeatedly at the director about letting her punch in early, it's only 10 minutes, etc. My biggest issue was the fact that the director chose to waste my time. I was looking for care on short notice and specifically asked when booking the tour if there was availability for my children and the dates needed. The person on the phone took my kids ages and the days needed and put me on hold for several minutes to check availability. I was told that they could accommodate us with no problem. At the conclusion of the tour the director went into her office and then came back out to say that they were completely full and not accepting new families at this time. Furthermore, they were not particularly apologetic about the situation. I was quite annoyed that they wasted my time and saw no problem with what had happened."
