"We picked this school due to location and clean environment. Once we started attending there was a multitude of issues that arose mainly with administration. There was one employee that really tried to accomodate for the multiple inconveniences that were occuring but then she went on leave and I did not feel other admin staff members were very concerned with my concerns. I put up with the admin issues because my child liked his class room and his teachers and there was a select few teachers I appreciated and my child felt comfortable with and once they left the school I really had no real motivation to keep him there outside of having to re enroll him somewhere else where he wasn't comfortable for a few months only. Then he started having issues being dropped off in the morning he no longer wanted to engage,he was coming home with diaper rash although was using the potty at home and only wore pull ups at night time, there was also an issue with him being bitten on multiple occasions."

"I love the school and so do my children, but I would really like to see more communication surrounding my children’s day. I would like more details about what they do on a daily basis. I receive information for one child About meals and toileting through the brightwheel app but no information at all for the other. All I’m ever told is that they had good days. I’d like to know what activities they did. How they slept. What they enjoyed or disliked. Information about their behavior and mood. Details about what curriculum or lessons were worked on that day. When we enrolled the children we were under the impression that we would get more communication from the school, through the app, than we are currently getting. That being said the teachers and staff are very kind and my kids love them! So do we."
