"My experience was bad! The service not worth what you pay. There is little staff for so many children. It is not a very clean place. They don't help children with their homework even if you pay for that service. The staff rough."

"Happy enough so far, but I wish I had a better sense of what daily life in Infant 1 is like - what activities are they doing, is she getting lots of tummy time, are they working with her on sitting up / rolling over, etc."

"We we’re highly disappointed. The open concept is good on theory but leaves a lot to be desired. The school aged kids always seemed to be running amuck and I felt I had to “climb over” them to get my kids in the other rooms. My son was bitten 4 times in 6 weeks and half of those the teachers neglected to tell me about. The teachers and staff rarely speak and I never felt informed of how/what my kids did during the day. The brightwheel app was never properly set up for me and after a week of communication they basically stopped asking (even though it still didn’t work). The front office is cramped and too easy for random people to get in and out of. We also had issues with my sitter picking up the kids even though she had before (they forgot to put her on the list). Not somewhere I would recommend."

"I’m grateful for the staff at la petite over the past 5 years in caring for my 2 kids (currently 1) They seem to sincerely care about my children. They are friendly, welcoming and flexible."

"Me and my family have noticed little small changes regarding most of our issue at the center, such as the consistency in the class room the class room being a bit more organized. Sometimes it is hard to leave your child knowing that the class and teacher seem out of place and the children running around and crying, then the teachers always have attitudes and never speak in the morning don’t even acknowledge you or your child. Hopefully the new teacher will stay, and she seems to be getting a good structure and bonding with each child and always have a report when I pick my child up. Mrs. Tiffany and Nichole and Karen are great Mrs. Angie needs attitude readjusting and need to treat all kids the same, Or maybe keep her opinion to herself when it comes to people and there kids."

"The parking lot at pick up is always full and the inside of the building is always hard to maneuver. The facility regularly smells strange and is hotter than comfortable on many occasions. There is not proper location to store car seats. The main room with older children is always more than chaotic, sometimes seems as though there is no structure or supervision. Miss April has been amazing and really forms a bond with the children. The staff seems to be rotated frequently throughout the rooms and I never know who to expect, outside of the main teachers."

"The communication between staff and teachers and teachers and teachers, students and teachers is very disconnected. Nobody provides feedback and the curriculum I dont feel like is helping my child learn and develop. I dont feel like he has learned anything since I enrolled him."

"As of late, there have been a lot of changes with teachers. Is hard to keep up with. I don't see my child's teacher when I pick him up,he is in a different room. This makes communication hard. My child is very happy with his teacher and has a lot of stories, which makes me feel good. I would just like to see more consistisee,as far as homework packets and things like that. Things are done for a while,then not continue for awhile. My child is happy and that is important to me!"

"I disenrolled my child for numerous reasons the place is always chaotic and loud. And the children do not have any educational structure. They basically just babysit all day long. They also charge you $10 a week to provide your own diapers!!! I was extremely disappointed in the entire experience here and recommend you look elsewhere if you wish for your child to have an early educational experience. "

The reason we put our kid here was to get a little feel for what kinder will be like, and so far nothing has shown to help with that. He’s basically being babysat there which id rather not pay for and just keep him home at this point."
