"We loved the school when we first started there. The former director Erica was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuine concern for not just the kids, but parents, and staff as well. The teachers were wonderful and we truly felt our kids were getting a quality education. The new director Kelly Richardson has been in place for about two years and the entire school has gone downhill. The atmosphere is awful. Teacher turnover is increasingly high and everyone seems unhappy. My son comes home every day telling me that his teacher just screams at the whole class. He hates going there now. We have had so many safety concerns on top of this. It’s basically low quality babysitting at this stage. We are actively trying to leave LaPetite."

"Great Director and teachers. The focus on healthy and activity is such a relief and we have had nothing but a great experience. The turnover with teachers should be indication that they need to be paid more - please consider this as teachers are the most important part of the school and have had so much to deal with. The compensation should be more than competetive with other school so good teachers don't leave."

The infant Lead and teachers are so great and have worked so much with my child. The transition was difficult for him but through their dedication, they have made my life at homeeasier with just the little things they have taught my son. "As the COVID pandemic has restricted parent interactions in the physical classroom, we've seen a dramatic decrease in communication from teachers. While the director tries to update us on a daily basis, she is clearly task saturated with documenting temperatures and doing health screenings at check in/out. We rarely (if ever) see our children's teacher and often have NO idea how their day was. As this situation is not going away any time soon, perhaps there's a way to provide general updates from the teachers themselves on a daily basis?"
