"I feel that the teachers in the infant room lack positive enthusiasm toward the babies. Often times when I am there they will completely ignore a screaming child with no attempt to soothe or console them. I have heard them say you'll just have to cry it out several times to very young babies. I very rarely get updates on any activities that they have done with my son nor do I see them doing activities with the children. Example-sitting on the floor with the children, singing, reading books, interacting with them. Even during a diaper change the interaction is minimal. The teachers often seem overwhelmed."
