"The school is fantastic! Everyone seems like they really care about the children. Everyone from the management staff to the teachers are great at communicating and I especially love the Brightwheel app that they use to send updates and photos."
"This school is one of the most horrible places my child has ever been. For one the turn over rate on teachers are absolutely HORRIBLE. They can never keep teachers in this school which concerns me because children need stability. Secondly, the cleanliness of this school is beyond below average from the walls to the floors it completely trashed. Corporate refuses to fund the school any money to fix it up and I have no idea due to all of the money the parents pay. The main classroom that you walk into is trashed and looks disgusting. You can tell that this company cares nothing for the kids and is all about the money. I can always catch a lady named Mariah just sitting around doing nothing or following the director around. Also, if you look through the window in the infant room the tall skinny teacher is always yelling at the babies or on her phone not paying attention at all while the other two teachers are working. I can truly say that Erika the new director is a damn good director when it comes to this company. This school is a **** hole and I am pulling as soon as I find other care for my child."
"We love the school and have been very happy with the director and the pre-k teacher in particular. The focus on both teaching and love is wonderful and we know the teacher tries her best to create an active learning experience every day for every kid. The toddler class still seems like babysitting at times. The communication from toddler teachers is very lacking and I often just get a “good” in response to asking how the day was. Nothing more. Teacher turnover has also been a concern and I wish there was a better way to communicate the current staffing situation. I often see faces I don’t know and have never been introduced to."

"La Petite Mill Dam has improved immensely since they brought in Erika as the director and made Elizabeth the education specialist. LP Mill Dam is a happy place again. Employee turnover has greatly diminished. They brought back the Fun Bus. Brightwheel is a wonderful tool to see photos and videos of my little one during the day. They also use the app as a communication tool for updates."

"When Nikki was the director, everything ran perfect. The replacement came on and things went down hill. My child was hit by another child and she was injured yet when I brought it to corporate, it was poorly handled and I was seen as the bad guy for protecting my daughter. I brought her for a week over the holiday for Christmas break and there still is disorganization and lack of communication or follow through."
"We love the school but sometimes we don't feel 100% confortable with the morning teacher Jenn, she use to do Observations Conduct reports every 20-30 minutes (one day we received 4 reports in less than 2 hours), instead of doing something about what's happening, for example Time out... every morning when she is outside with the kids I watch how she stay just playing with the IPad and paying no attention to the kids. Also in more than 5 time I received notifications that my son ate 100% eggs even when we gave Dr's note stating that he is allergic to eggs... each time we call and they said that he ate another thing... how I'm going to trust in the daily reports if they are not accurate. I can not wait for the transition to the three's classroom be done. Thanks"
