"We initially loved this place and even throughout covid, they remained open and took great care to follow all guidelines provided. There were great lengths to help parents feel connected to school and teachers despite regulations. Since the lifting of such mandates, and new management, things seem to have fallen off. Management only communicates if you initiate the conversation, even if it's a change in your child's classroom, like a step up. Teachers use to respond to messages on bright wheel relatively quick. With the new app sprout, neither teachers or management respond in a timely fashion. Teachers are not consistent in helping with potty training, some are amazing, others don't ever document potty attempts, only wet diapers if that. Overall, our satisfaction with this daycare has changed so much so that we have gone from full time to part time. It's not all bad, but the bad is starting to outweigh the good for us"

"Great school. Teachers are clearly dedicated to the children. The activities engage kids where they are while also encouraging them to grow and learn new things. Parking is easy which makes pick up/drop off great. Great value - so glad I found them!"

Food menu looks healthy & nutritious, and love variety that is offered. Love that school has daily structure and kids learn letters and do various projects. "My child received second degree burns at this school and I did not get the check ins and responses that I feel like we deserved as follow up. It seemed like all conversations were an attempt to cover their **** in case we decided to sue. I can't believe that no one from corporate ever called to check on me or my son. His in room teachers were great, but outside of that it was disappointing. The school was also shut down for three days because of rodent droppings and I had to ASK to get some of my money back for those days - that was the school's fault and everyone should have been immediately reimbursed for the days they were closed. It's embarrassing the way that both of these situations have been handled and I have certainly shared this with all of my friends who have young children and are looking for child care."
