"Main teachers are amazing. Secondary teachers are flakey."
"Would like teachers to be pursuing higher education. Would like more reading to and activities for infants. Would have liked more infant toys."
"I am in love with the teachers"
"Our experience has been miserable. The owners and administrators of this school should be ashamed of themselves. Basic things like cleanliness and safety are totally missing or inadequate. Fire alarms, no AC, no heat, dirty, lack of emergency planning, lack of communication with parents. One of the most disheartening things about this school is that the Administration cares absolutely nothing about the children or the parents. It's an abysmal place and I can't wait to get out of there."
"We love our teachers, it's the best part of the school. They are attentive and seem to love our child as well. It makes us very comfortable. Also, the security is nice and the access to the outdoors is nice. I just wish they would take the children outside on a daily basis (weather permitting)"
"Everyone at the school genuinely cares. That’s clear. Mrs. Walsh is a gem in the infant room. My older daughter has worked with several of the teachers, and while they have all been great, Ms. Tenessa and Ms. Jackie were very affectionate toward her. My biggest concern is paying teachers an hourly rate versus a salary. For the amount of money coming into the school, the teachers should have a salary and paid time off. My other concern is the quality of the food. Again, for the cost, the quality of food should be superb."
"I have had conflicting experiences at this daycare. Some staff are extremely warm and friendly while others are just there for a pay check."
"The teachers have been great but there has been failures in communication concerning issues at the school, closure due to unplanned maintenance, and transition of our child to an older room. My main concern now is that there is an open investigation into misconduct that the senior management will not provide any information about which is unacceptable. The teachers are great but without better communication we may move our child."
"We truly hate it and can’t wait to move on. The only redeeming quality is some of the teachers: Miss Meco, Miss Yvette, Miss Suzanne, Miss Denise, Miss Crystal and Mrs. Walsh. Otherwise it’s an awful place in a convenient location."
"We are generally happy with the school mostly because the teachers and most of the staff are very kind and loving."
"Teacher are so warm and loving. Staff members are not always at front desk."
"Very good. Caring, serious professionals and very good set of activities proposed to the children. Things to improve in amount/quality of breakfast and snacks (lunch is good). Too long naps."
"Good. More communication from teachers would be good."
"Teachers need to work on their empathy towards the children, especially the babies and toddlers. It's not ok for kiddos to be upset and crying without acknowledging what is wrong. You should never ignore the child. More teacher training and empathy is needed. I also never want to see a teach dragging a child down the hallway by the arm while the child is crying. How is that ok? It's not your child. Pick them up and set them in the room gently and give them a toy or book to settle down and address the issue. It's hard being separated from the parents. More empathy please."
"The staff is always pleasant and cares for my child. The issues highlighted are more related to the center being understaffed, overwhelmed, and constrained by policy. I appreciate the consistency in care providers that interact with my child, as it enables meaningful relationships."
