"very happy with my products. the shopping experience was ruined for me by the chosen shipper fedex who refused to call my cell phone when arriving at my apt building even though it is a secure building with no intercom access at the time. they were unable to manage the simple task of holding my package at one of their facilities. after making these arrangements with them i showed up only to find my package out for delivery. the customer service was non existant. my frustration got to the point where i told them to return the package. this would not normally be a direct reflection on the vendor but the fact that i contacted l'occitane via facebook and was assured that someone would call me and nobody did is. it wasn't until i finally signed for the package that i received a call to confirm that i had decided to pick up the package. because once again fedex was unable to manage the simple task of returning the package and continued to hold it and call me to come get it. it was one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life and i will never do it again."
