"Initial opinion of this seller was good...however, after receiving the product and opening the package, it turns out that the hard-drive has an incompatible adapter. Of course after calling the company I find out that I'm pretty much screwed as I can pay a $25 restocking fee (plus shipping of course) or try to find an adapter (so I can spend more money). I am not satisfied with this seller at all and I would recommend calling them before purchasing an item because it appears that they "have so many products that they can not list all of the specifications or descriptions."
