"Placed two orders for the PS3 dual shock controllers ($20) and both got cancelled due to "price error". Horrible. How can you allow an employee to price error on black friday????"

"BEWARE! Bought a bunch of LED flashlights and you'll be lucky to have 50% of them working after the first day. cheap stuff. aluminum housing yes, but when you have clear plastic bulb covers held on with cheap glue, you end up with a flashlight that just won't stay together. emailed them twice and no response"

"Bought a HP laptop last year. unfortunately hp's website does not tell you that if you buy the 12-cell battrey, that you will end up with a huge brick that actually sticks out of the laptop's physical dimensions. several months later, i noticed that added pics to show what the battery would look like installed. also, the no-boot media center does not work at all on the model we got. but nice laptop otherwise. oh, there was a battery recall as well but what laptop nowadays doesn't have a battery recall?"

"Bought Transformers blu-ray big screen edition online and did site to store. had to wait a few days before it got to the store. went to store and saw sign for site to store pointing to customer service desk. lady said i had to go all the way back to the store to pick it up. (walmart loves to send ppl all over the store to get things for marketing reasons....) go to the area but no one was there. pressed on a pad to notify clerk and i waited a good 10 mins. the manager of the store actually ended up assisting me. (his photo was on the wall with all the employees of the month) got the package. just bubble mailer... at least i ended up getting what i ordered!"

"Purchased from them before without any problems but this time I bought a game that was part of their 48-hour madness sale. Received order confirmation. The next morning, received email stating order has been automatically cancelled without any proper explaination. i tried to order it again and again it was cancelled.
tried to order someone else 3 days later and it was cancelled as well. finally received a reply stating they had difficulties obtaining authorization even though i use this credit card almost every day."
