"they service absolutly stinks, i ordered a battery for my laptop and it was not compatable asked to ret had to stay on hold for long periods at a time to tell me to go on line and submit problem took for every to respone email them more than 2x with no response. ret battery was advised big warehouse would ck and get back with me that never happended finally got threw today after being hung up 2 and on hold for 25 to 30 min was told ok they would exchange when i stated i wanted my money back said outside the 60 days i advised would dispute with card company was told to go ahead."
