I strongly suspect this is a common problem with Dells, and it would have been nice to have been warned about the possible problem."

"Ordered a replacement charger. It did not work properly as it was a generic replacement and not an original. Returning was a nightmare. Tried to call them on a Monday and it rang busy for at least 30 minutes. When I finally got through, I was on hold for 20 minutes (they said it was because it was a Monday). After 2 attempts to get a replacement, it appears they forgot to ship out the second charger, so didn't get the replacement for 8 days. Called them on a Thursday, again a 20 minute hold time - not sure their excuse this time. I must say, customer service was horrible! When I tried to chat live, the person didn't know anything, just basically copied and pasted the place I was supposed to look at on their website. They were so slow in responding on the Chat that I finally just hung up. I will not ever order from this company again. I just wanted a charger that worked! I'll take my business elsewhere."
