"I have not received a shipment notice or the battery that I ordered. I have submitted a request to customer service but have not received a reply yet. I was surprised that I had not received at least a shipment notice since the order was to have been shipped with USPS 2-3 day priority shipping. I have no rating for the vendor's service other than cautionary since I haven't received the merchandise or a notice of when to expect delivery as of 9/3/2012."
