"Unfortunately I did not realize that the 9 volt battery was larger than the 6 volt and I had to return it since it didn't fit my computer. The person I talked with was very nice but since I had to pay postage both ways and still don't have a computer I was disappointed."

"I purchased a replacement Battery for my Dell Vostro 1500 about 16 months ago. My first Battery lasted about 4 months. I put in for a replacement and after many days of back and forth because they couldn't seem to find my order they finally found it and processed the claim. I had to send in my old battery before they would send out a new one which is a huge inconvenience i itself. I sent in my old battery and then they couldn't seem to find it either. After a period of time i get an email response telling me they found it and once its tested they will send out another one. I was also told that this is a one time warranty and cannot get another one if this one fails. I would never purchase another product from this company. "
