i haven't written a review yet because i haven't had the battery long enough to say anything. Now I am ready.
the service was excellent. the quickness of delivery was unbelievable. the product itself, well i am not so sure its good.
i have tried for three days to recharge the battery and have had no luck. i don't know if its my computer or the battery itself.the battery was used upas directed in your instrutional pamphlet. let it charge overnight first time. next day only was able to us it for less than 5 minutes. i replugged the battery overnight a second time, same thing happen. third time it lasted long enough to get connected and message came up battery critical, need to save my work. i am in the process of returning it to you unless you have some other ideas. please let me know what to do.

"I have not received the order yet. It was delayed for some reason because they said my address was not valid so they held the order but I had a hard time getting in touch with someone to verify that I did in fact give them the correct address. It took a couple of phone calls, an attempt at a live chat and then finally submitting a support ticket asking to have my order canceled before I was able to resolve the situation. "
