It just so happened that when I tried to order the battery online, the company was experiencing a problem with their website and the order wouldn't go through. When I called, the young lady that answered the phone was unable to enter the order either (the computer problem must have been a fairly big problem). However, she took my phone number and promised to call back and let me know when the computer came back up. In a couple of hours, I got the phone call, I went online and ordered the battery. "New battery will not take a full charge, and will not hold even enough overnight charge to boot. Have tried all of the included advice about full discharge and recharge, and unplugging and re-plugging charger to restart a stalled recharge. Nothing works. Must assume battery is defective and untested before shipping. We will see how well they honor the paid extended warranty. I expect a working replacement, with no additional shipping charges. Will update if I get a satisfactory resolution.

Update: Promptly received a new battery and prepaid return shipping label for first battery. I can't ask for a better resolution or service. Revised to 5 stars."
