"I ordered a Gateway laptop battery on a Saturday afternoon, PDT, and received it on Thursday afternoon. That means it was processed on Monday, shipped and received byThursday, which is amazingly fast for standard shipping. I expected at least ten days. The part also worked first try, right out of the box, and was accurate.

The only thing that concerned me is that the billing information was 100% wrong; it was meant to come to my job, not my home, meaning I had submitted my job's address and zip code, not my credit cards. This made me wonder if anyone was checking the billing information at all. When I emailed them on Monday to ask to switch the addresses, the order had already been shipped. While I appreciate speed, I also appreciate accuracy. In the future, I will not be using my credit card, but PayPal instead. Otherwise, great products and excellent prices."

On 3-31-08 there was still no order status listed on the website and I had received no shipping confirmation and I sent a request for a status update (no telephone #) and recieved no reply. I waited a week to replace a battery and now I have to start the process over with another company. I will not do business with this company. I would not recommend the product I purchased, ScreenWard Ultra Clear Screen Protector for Blackberry. The product attracts dust and otherwise invisible products from the air, which makes it impossible to cleanly apply to the Blackberry - there is all sorts of debris between the protector even though I followed all directions, including cleaning the screen with the cloth provided with the screen protector (by the way, this cloth also leaves behind lint, which sticks to the screen protector as well). I ended up having to remove the screen protector, and since it is impossible to clean the debris from the sticky side, thrown it out.

The seller provided excellent service and I would not hesitate to order from LaptopTraveller again, I just warn against the product, which is a waste of money. "
