"I placed an order that was supposed to be for next day delivery. I don't know what happened but the order was put on hold. It took them a while to respond but they called me today, apologized for the problems they had and refunded me the shipping cost.

I can see these people are trying their best and are trying to fix the glitches they have.

Bad thing: they have no phone number so it can take a couple of tries before getting a response from customer service. And it's not a good place to buy something if it's urgent because the order might be placed on hold and you wont receive the item when you need it.

Good thing: they are trying and once they answer your complaint, they try their best to fix the problem. Prices are also extremely reasonable.

Overall, I'd buy from them again, as long as it's not something I urgently need."

"Price was more than reasonable, though shipping was not quite as fast as I hoped. I paid for 3-day shipping, but it took about ten days. However, that was more the fault of UPS than LaptopTraveller; the order was shipped within a couple of business days, and I tracked it with UPS from then on. Probably the holiday season backlog causing delays.

Other than that, was quite satisfied. I ordered a replacement battery for my HP laptop, and it was the correct part and works fine."

I would never ever use these guys again. I ordered a dell power cord from them and I still do not have in a week later, even though I paid for 2nd day shipping. It took them several days to ship the product and when they shipped it they shipped the wrong parts. I tried to contact them but they have no phone number - which to me is always a huge negative. It took several days of emails to get them to reship the product. I am in desperate need of the cord but they refused to overnight the product, even though it was their screw-up. Absolutely horrible experience and absolutely horrible customer service.

To recap my problems:
1) Several days to process a simple order
2) Shipped incompatible parts
3) No phone number to contact them
4) Took several days of emails to correct
5) They refused to overnight a critical part
6) I STILL do not have the part I ordered 8 days ago.

Update - these clowns reshipped the same part that was wrong in the first place - even though I sent them a photograph of the wrong part. Absolutely horrible experience. Now, I have to go order the part from another store because I can't trust these clowns to ever ship me the right part. It has been 8 days since I ordered and I still do not have the correct part for a laptop that is essential to my business.

Only a fool would order from these guys."
