"Disgruntled, it is simply the only way I can possible characterize dealing with this company. You cannot be a "traveler" when ordering from LaptopTraveller. I expected the usual fraud phone call to verify who I was, if I am who I say I am etc. I provided all the information to this company and explained I am sitting here without a laptop because I am in need of the battery I had ordered from their company while traveling on business. I was assured it would be sent out that day.

Then I get a call today that, yes, AMEX verified the order as was discussed but they held it and DID NOT send it out yesterday as they said that they would. So I get to wait ANOTHER DAY for use of my laptop and get to pay for overnight shipping which at this point could have been the two day rate since they did not ship it out in the first place.

I don't enjoy being communicated with on a speaker phone as was the case with their customer service rep and I don't appreciated being told one thing yesterday and find out that it's an entirely new story today. I am so sorry I even bothered ordering from this company and certainly will not do so in the future. I am not a thief. I am merely a person who ordered something on my AMEX and had to have it shipped to a different location because I am traveling on business and in need of a battery. I took their calls, I verified the information they inquired about. The whole experience was not convenient and not user friendly. Next time I am going to stick with companies that won't leave me in a lurch and that I can depend on..."
