What was weird though was that I had to email them because my order did not show status nor tracking number by the third day. I began to worry that my order did not go through. Weird thing was, they emailed me back two hours later that my order had in fact been delivered?

So I went downstairs to my office, and sure enough it was there! Why it did not show up on the site until I emailed them is anyone's guess. But all is well. Product was on time and in good condition. Also, one heck of a good deal.

"I ordered a replacement battery for my Sony notebook and a travel charger. I received a confirming email that both items were on their way, with a tracking number provided. Only the travel battery arrived and the pick list in the box clearly was only for that one item. Three emails to LapTop Traveler were unanswered and I really needed that battery. A few days later the replacement battery arrived, from another company that I did not know. Apparently LapTop Traveler had split my order with another supplier. Battery fits perfectly and works well, but I still have had no response from LapTop Traveler to my emails."

"I would not recommend this company. Others may have had a pleasant experience but mind had been nothing but pleasant. I ordered a laptop battery on 03/09/09 that would not take a charge. Sent it back the next day in the orginal box as instructed with RMA info on the box and in the box. The company says they never received it. I tried to make a claim since it was insured but was denied since the post office showed a delivery date of 03/23/09 10:21. I requested the company to send to me in writing on 05/04/09 that they did not receive my returned merchandise, signed and dated via snail mail and they did not respond until 05/21/09 stating they found the laptop battery and was sending me out another one. I have since purchased a battery and notified them on 05/22/09 that I want a REFUND. Due to them not responding timely I had to choice but to purchase another battery. I have not heard from them as of today 05/28/09 and I have been without my laptop battery since I ordered on 03/09/09. Also, the battery they sent, even though it fit the chamber, it protruded from the laptop so it was not the correct battery as stated on their website. I have been out of over a $100 just for the battery not to include sending it back insured. I will NEVER do business again with this company. "
