"I bought a replacement battery for my Sony laptop on Dec 22 last year; on arrival, it did not fit. I was able to obtain an RMA number via a painful multiple-email process. In an email from Roxee Esquer I was told to place a new order for another battery, and that I would receive credit for the original battery when it was returned. A seperate email from Abow Liang issued an RMA number for the return, and repeated that I would receive credit on return of the original defective battery. I returned the bad battery under RMA#5999 and on Jan 19 ordered the replacement, which worked fine when I received it.
More than 3 months after I returned the defective battery, and after several emails from LaptopTraveller promising to expedite the credit to my account for the return, I still have not received credit for the returned product.

"I can't say as to whether the battery is a good order (Toshiba Satellite A105) but I can comment on the ordering process -- far from painless.

PayPal option doesn't work with Google Chrome -- it asks for input in fields that are disabled/useless when you select PayPal.

Firefox had another problem: my 'token' kept 'expiring'. I'm not sure what these problems are but they really messed with my experience and made me unhappy. They're just lucky I really need the battery.

"Ordered replacement battery for a Sony VAIO VGN-SZ390P. Ordering process was painless and the shipment arrived in a couple of days. Unfortunately, the battery did not fit. Seeing that it is actually the battery slots that are but just about 1 mm off, I filed it off and thus I was able to make it fit. I am not asking you to replace the battery as it is now working just fine (although it's really-really snug fit), rather, I just want to relay to you so that you can inform your supplier that their molds are a little off which may cause unneccesary frustration to your customers. I'm ok, I just thought you should know that. Thank you, Jerome Moreto"

"Laptop models come in a variety of versions and searching the right one is a little challenging. However, the website made that as easy as possible by including pictures and other details. This website had the best prices and service was very good. The battery arrived quickly and in excellent packaging. As it turns out the problem seems to be in my computer, as the new battery won't take a charge. I will be working through that today."

"Laptop Traveller did a horrible job with a very simple order for my laptop battery. First, the company recieved payment from my credit card but decided to hold the order and claimed it was because of my address. The customer service manager Kelly Chen would not return my calls or e-mails regarding this. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with my credit card company only to find that my address IS correct (I should know where I live) and Laptop Traveller already got their money but held my order. Next, the wrong address was put on the box so UPS didn't know where to deliver it to. I was NEVER contacted by UPS or by Laptop Traveller about this. I called UPS the next morning and they said they verified the address on the box. I had to put in ANOTHER call to Kelly Chen and wonder if she will even call me back. This is the worst e-tailer experience I have ever had! To top it off, my order is not on the UPS truck so I will have to wait until Monday to get my order that I placed LAST Monday that I paid extra to upgrade the shipping to air and they are located in California which should take just one day delivery anyway."
