"Just bought this laptop in November from Best Buy and refused the geek squad protection cause it’s a rip off. Toddler broke the screen (no real surprise there) contacted manufacture for a warranty repair and they referred me back to Best Buy, they will repair it for free but wanted to charge 125 for shipping... yea no... so came here ordered the screen and replaced it (voided warranty but meh) and much quicker than the 3-6 week turn around from Best Buy.
