"First of all, the screen works perfectly, Thanks. I'm a hero with my wife. A local electronics repair store tech suggested that I go to
"Recycle Techs" to see about my laptop screen not working. I was inquiring how to make sure I purchased the correct one. The tech told me to get the exact model number off the back of the screen. Now, here is my suggestion. This information could be given on your website prior to a person giving there laptop make and model number, "Acer Aspire 5740-6378" and your instructions to make sure you have the right "Size, Resolution, & Backlight type", so that I could get the exact screen. When I had this information, the model number "B156XW02 v.2" and I chatted with one of your techs, he stated to pick the exact model number. If someone is capable of changing out the screen, they're able to get the model number off the back of the screen they're replacing. I was hesitant purchasing your screen because I wasn't confident I would be purchasing the right one with the laptop model & serial number off the computer. Could help some of us backyard mechanics to better accomplish our task. Thanks, Ron Stapish.

"First I got a screen with the wrong connector. I had to send it back. Rapidly another one has been shipped via FedEx but for some reasons I never received it and finally after questioning from my side another shipment via UPS arrived. I paid for a fast delivery that took more than 2 weeks. Screen is now working fine. I have to say that customer support is quick responsive and efficient. But more validation are required at the order acceptance to insure perfect compatibility on the first time."

"The screen that I ordered was exactly the same part as the old one, the site was easy to navigate and shipping was very fast. It's nice to have such a large parts supplier that ships from within Canada as well, since the shipping is fast and cheap.

"I've got a fully working LG panel. But when trying to run Windows XP with it - laptop disables Optimus technology in BIOS. Without Optimus checked in BIOS there are no picture on a screen at all, only backlight is working. Only switching panels back to the original (Samsung) one let me get into BIOS to switch Optimus back on. Laptop itself have a Windows 7 installed, so there is no a big deal in a daily use. Just need to remember that any try to run for example a Live CD with Windows XP makes it almost unusable."
