"I started to buy replacement keys when I bought a second hand ThinkPad. The left Alt key immediately need change.
Recently, two of my arrow keys died, and I ordered them separately. Each time (I live in France) the letter came in less than a week. What is incredibly fast considering than any letter in France takes ages to move from close locations.
The products are great. If they are copy of original, I couldn't say, but I think they are real.
The packaging is well done, in a simple letter with a beautiful stamp. The order come with a recapitulation of the command and instructions.
The website is great and effective, the documentation is useful and easy to search.
I wish everything would be like laptop-keys.com !"

I get the envelope of keys, attach them all, except one, oh boy was I worried I had ordered the wrong one, but alas no, my order clearly states "(number pad) key" so it's for the NUM PAD, however, the standard hinge they sent does not match with the socket in the laptop.
So I quickly write up a customer support ticket to see what they'll do about this.

They replied asking for more information on the key that WASN'T the correct one ordered, I immediately responded with the requested information and got no reply, figured it'd take a few days for them to check their stock.

I am now writing this review since it's been 11 days since ANY reply from them, hope they will reply and I'll update this, however, I have no expectations at this stage.

Today I received an e-mail stating they had seen my review and felt it was not deserved, as they were "not given the opportunity to fix it" even though it went over a month.
In addition, they had the gall to say
"I have no problem refunding the item (and shipping) for the incorrect item for an exchange of updating the 1 star review."
"exchange" specifically is morally questionable especially as that makes them seem unwilling to make it right without public dislike.

I sent a reply, stating they were given time, and they didn't use it.

they sent another reply 15 minutes later (actually good response time, kudos) Stating they had sent a refund for the key in question, and shipping, so all in all, I am not upset, just disappointed it took so long for any form of reply.
This Review is not a glorious win for anyone, but if You know the keys You need, perhaps contact them beforehand to verify they will send the right keys, oh, and hope it doesn't take a month for a reply.

Another edit, I received another email stating the following;
"Do you think it would be possible to maybe give us a little better of a score?
This was all because of an email that I l̲e̲t̲ slip through the cracks, not because I was trying to ignore you.
Had Y̲o̲u̲ followed up, this would have been avoided."
Simply because of the outstanding replies, I will be keeping my stance on 2* at most, since it has been MY experience with this service.
This entire debacle has been an experience, and I expect it to have concluded now, with one of our last Emails having them push the blame on M̲e̲, the Consumer, and complaining about "fairness"."
