"The service ( in getting what I ordered to me) was excellent. However, the jury is still out on the battery itself. When I go on battery power, there is a substantial decrease in screen brightness, even though the batter is 100% charged. I will probably be contacting the Company to see what the cause is. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied."

"I ordered and received a replacement lamp for my DLP TV. It burned out less than six months later. They honored their 6 month manufacturer warranty, and replaced the lamp. Then that lamp burned out too, but they agreed to replace this one as well. It is unfortunate that I have had some bad luck with the parts I have ordered, but it is very comforting to know they have a customer service department that will stand behind their products. Customer service is obviously important to them, and that is enough to keep me as a repeat customer. "

"We had some confusion due to a UPS receipt (email) arriving between your sales/shipping notice and paypal payment notice. It looked like the shipment was by UPS, but I was assurred it was USPS. When I found the USPS tracking information, it seems the post office did not receive the shipment until after the three day holiday. Once it arrived, the battery works fine and I am a happy camper. Thanks for the patience you people displayed while we sorted out the shipping confusion. Larry"
