It didn't click in place as well as the original, but is staying in. Charged it for 10 hours and it lasted almost 3 hours online and about 14 hours standby (12 cell). Overall very pleased."

Ordered a critical part for my refrigerator for overnight delivery, chatted with customer service rep to make sure it would be shipped overnight and they shipped it regular UPS.

"I paid for overnight shipping, but they sent it ground - made no attempts to rectify the situation - basically just an "oh well" reply... and it seems as if maybe this is a home-run operation because I keep getting the same person - it seems there is only one customer service rep "Keaira" and no one answers the phone number given.
Wish I would have read reviews earlier. Even some of their responses to reviewers seems to have an underlying sense of sarcasm. Company project held up because of this bad choice. Disappointed.

2hrs later - Keiara has answered the phone - I spoke to the Manager Tanya Pierce & the situation has been resolved. I have to change this review. Speaking to Tanya seems to have changed the entire situation. Thank you Tanya!"

"Ordered laptop battery on May 7th. Was sent WRONG battery. Had to go through some minor hoops to return like take pictures of the wrong battery they sent to me to verify I ordered the right battery. They acknowledged it was their mistake but I thought, OK...people make mistakes. I hoped they would send the right one immediately as obviously I needed the battery. NOPE... laptopsforless had to confirm the receipt of the wrong battery to them before they would send me the right one. Still don't have battery as of May 22.

They confirmed they received the returned battery 3 days ago but still have not even shipped the correct one. Will change rating if they will make it right."

"Replacement PDA battery ordered 4/17/2012. The date on the battery was December, 2009 (2 1/2 years old)! Also did not come with advertised tool for replacement. Company did not actually sell what it states on its website. Returned item. It is now 5/7/2012 and I am still waiting for a credit to be issued to my card. VERY POOR customer service. I do not recommend this company: bad merchandise and bad service. Buy at your own risk!

5/8/12: The credit that I was issued was for only 1/2 of what I paid for the order -- I was charged a restocking fee for returning an outdated battery that didn't arrive with the replacement tool. Go figure!"
