"We did receive the battery we orderedfor one of our laptops. However, even though it says it is for the model laptop we have, it is the wrong battery. I contacted the company to get an RMA to return the item and got an email back saying we would hear from someone in no more than 24 hrs. That was over a week ago and I have sent another email and received the same response. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again."
