"They say "free" delivery but use Fedex Freight and unless you have a loading dock Fedex will have to use a liftgate and send you a bill for this. When I contacted Legend Micro they just tell me to dispute charges with Fedex. When I call Fedex they refuse to drop the charges because Legend Micro did not include the liftgate charges in the BOL. "

"We purchased a Samsung Sound Bar this past July to couple with our new Samsung TV that we planned to install in our new house. The house was delayed, and the sound bar was never installed until January 16, 2016. It has refurbished on the label, and nobody is willing to take responsibility for a faulty product that keeps shutting itself off. The only way to get it fixed is to pay even more money. I spoke with Diana in customer service, and she told me there is nothing that Legend Micro can do for us. I spoke with Samsung, and they tell me that the unit is our of warranty because it has a 2014 date on it, and the warranty would only be for 90 days from date of purchase. I asked Diana if I could send this back, and she told me there is only a 2 week time frame. Make sure you inspect and set everything up as soon as it arrives!"
"$600+ television delivered 2/19/16 by UPS. While truck was still in my drive, I opened the boxes and found major damage to the screen. Both outer and inner box showed not hint of damage other than the possible retaping of the interior box. Notified Legend Micro doing business as Deal Time thru Newegg immediately online. All correspondence from Deal Time referred to this as " My freight claim to be handled by UPS". Ups picked up the television on 2/23/2016 and not further tracking is available from Deal Time. No credit is reflected on my card activity as of 3/3 and poor communications from Legend Micro. The true comittment of a company to customer service is shown when the customer does not receive good quality merchandise as promised. Deal Time/Legend Micro has shown their customer service character in how my purchase was handled, passing on their failure as a UPS issue the customer must deal with. It is worth noting Newegg has taken no interest in this failure to date. "

I could go on and on but the just of it is #1 They are not a regonized seller of Samsung products PERIOD...... you can check on line or just call Samsung they'll tell you so... Therefore they cannot offer a legitimate warranty ???? #2 They use a practice called Re-boxing Google it its enlighting. #3 there is a reason they charge you to return an item ???? then a restocking fee and the original shipping also. This is how they make money over and over again off the same item. #4 They are currently under investigation by Samsung, Ebay, The BBB trust me I know ???? I could go on and on but the bottom line is if you buy from them you've been warned. My journey is to just get them to do the right thing ???????? Yes Simon it's me I haven't forgotten. "
