"Ordered a new Scubpro Regulator with octo for my wife. Came in as described and very well packed . I got the standard shipping arrived as described , on time, not early, exactly what I ordered. Did not have to speak to a human, all done by 'puter...a solid 10 as far as Iam concerned, and to the jerk that doesn't like spam adverts, and so gives them a bad rating....pullleeeze, get a life!!!"

"I have ordered from Leisure Pro (online) 3 times in the last 3 months. On all 3 occasions, the order was processed quickly and accurately, I was notified of the order being processed and shipped. All items arrived on the promised shipping date. I have been very pleased with this online store. I will continue to do business with them, as well as recommend them to my friends."

"Be extremely cautious with the details in doing business with Leisure Pro. I got ripped off for an extra $31 in shipping, adding an about10% of my total order. Even though it was Leisure Pro’s own delay that caused the need for extra shipping charge, I offered to split the extra shipping charge. That reasonable offer was refused, and I was left with either paying it all, or refusing and having the order arrive after I’d left on the dive trip, and later fight with Leisure Pro and credit card company over the entire order. I paid.
I placed an order on a Thursday for dive equipment I needed for a dive trip a week later. I paid for extra for UPS 3-day delivery. However, Leisure Pro, instead, sent an email informing me that my order was being held for something called “address verification”. The problem was that Leisure Pro closed mid-day Friday and all weekend. When I finally reached them, “verification” amounted to me telling them I’d lived here 10 years, and I didn’t understand the problem. The Leisure Pro representative could not explain the address verification. But now to get the gear in time for the dive trip, I’d have to pay another $31. I asked that Leisure Pro pay. NO. I offered to split the extra shipping charge. NO. I paid the extra charge, paying a total of 15% of the purchase on shipping, and an another $10 more than the website price for 2nd-day air on this very order. That difference was never explained. When I sent a copy of this complaint to Leisure Pro, to give it a chance to correct or respond, it said that $9.75 would be refunded, and it was. Leisure Pro did ship that day, and I receive the gear 3 days later -- just in time for my trip. Everything in the order was as represented.

"I was looking for a Pelican SuperSabrelight 2000 waterproof, explosionproof flashlight for work. I found that LeisurePro had this flashlight at a good price with reasonable costs on shipping. The order process went smoothly and the next day after placing the order I received an email stating that my order had shipped. I received the order in a decent time frame and the order was well padded and secure in the shipping box. I would buy from this store again."

"Ordered a Waveceptor watch on Sunday afternoon, it shipped the next day. I received the product on schedule. The packaging was adequate, though a little more padding could have been used. The watch arrived new and undamaged. Cheapest I could find anywhere as well. I am overall quite pleased with the transaction.

Update: LeisurePro insists on sending me email advertisements, despite having requested to be removed from their lists several times. I consider this to be SPAM. If they can't be bothered to respect my privacy, then I can't be bothered to shop there ever again, or recommend them to others.
