"Horrible shipping. 5-7 days is turning out to be 17 or more. They do not seem to care if you can see in a timely fashion. Paid $7.95 for shipping when I could have walked to get them faster. Customer Service was useless. Told me I had to contact Fed Ex myself to find out when they would be delivered. My lens are at a Fed Ex location 40 minutes from my house and they are telling me it could still be a week before I get them. Any money I saved has been lost to shipping and the inconvenience of not being able to see. Will never buy from lens.com again."
