"I'd arranged to rent a lens from BorrowLenses for an Alaskan wilderness photography trip but received an email the night before it was due to arrive, saying that they'd had a system "issue" & the lens had been canceled. With less than 1 day before I was leaving to go from FL to AK for a wilderness photography trip, I contacted LensProToGo & they arranged to have the exact lens I desired flown to the small town where I was in AK. Two days after I arrived in AK, the lens was delivered as promised. I don't know how they were able to do this but it saved my vacation & I highly recommend LensProToGo!"

"The selection on LensProToGo is extensive and complete; I had no problems finding the lens I needed. The price was also very reasonable ($100 for 4 days for the lens I rented). They contact you shortly after your order (preferably over the phone), and give you a rundown of the renting process, what to expect, and how to ship the lens back once you're done with it. They're very polite and helpful over the phone, and also very flexible (I accidentally ordered my lens for the wrong weekend, and they quickly changed the dates to the appropriate ones). They shipped the lens quickly (in a heavy-duty Pelican case!), and even included a blow-pop lollipop!

It was a pleasure renting from your company and look forward to doing so again in the future.
I cannot say how good of an image it reflects when items are packed with care. Not some box that looks like it had been reused many times over. Everything arrived on time and no issues shipping to my place of employment.
Condition of the lens was flawless and virtually no major signs of use, very minimal body wear.
Only minor complaint is being charged at time of rental request when using the site. But it was made very clear on the site numerous times. Once again it is a very minor complaint and had I called up to do the reservation I would have been charged at time of my rental shipping.
Looking forwards from renting from LPTG again.

"I just rented the Canon 17-55 f/2.8 IS lens and it was my first time renting from an online service like Lens Pro To Go so I was a little cautious, but when I called to place my order, I felt reassured by the professionalism I experienced talking with them. I also got my tracking number and so I could know exactly when the package would arrive, and that was a comfort as well.
The lens was in perfect working condition. I used it and got a nice reminder the day before I needed to ship it back... which is great for me because I oftentimes forget things!

LensProToGo's prices are very competitive and they offer a large selection of lenses to rent. I particularly like their rental terms where you get the use of the lens for a full week and don't have to worry about shipping being counted as part of the week.
