"I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses about 3 years ago. The lenses became very scratched from wear and tear. I googled replacement lenses and found LENSES RX. Mailed my sunglasses on Friday. "Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority for this company. They damaged frames I sent in for new lenses. Per liability policy they offered me a $50 store credit. (One-fourth the cost of the original frames.) I understood mistakes happen and was going to re-order lenses with a new frame. Unfortunately, they refused to re-issue the 25% discount at which I originally ordered the lenses - so their net reimbursement for the damage they did to my frames was $18!! And, when I questioned the rationale they simply didn't care. The manager wouldn't even speak with me. I could only talk with a customer service rep. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again and would encourage others to think twice before risking sending them frames for new lenses."

"These guys did a fantastic job on an update of my old frames to my new prescription. The lenses were not a run of the mill, they were progressives with a Varilux Physio coating on them. The quality of the new lenses is better than the originals I got locally and the price was a lot less as well. LensesRX also does a very good job of having a smooth ordering and tracking process.

I have also gotten replacements from eyeglasslensdirect.com; LensesRX is a bigger outfit with more options and they were a bit faster on the processing time, but I have had good results from both places.

The one thing both of these online outfits need to do is get much better explanations of what kind of lens to get for what usage. I had to use a search engine to research on my own all the different coatings etc to see what kind I needed.

"I would highly recommend LensesRX to anyone. It is usually not my norm to write reviews, but I felt this company deserved one. My hesitation to order prescription glasses online was soon put to rest and I have no regrets. They were diligent in making sure my prescription was accurate and I even scheduled a eye exam sine the date of my last one was over 1 1/2 years. Once this was done, things flowed smoothly from there. I sent them my prescription, the were more expeditious in filling the order than I ever anticipated. Upon receipt, I was most delighted. It turned out however, that I had a SLIGHT issue with my frames. It hardly seems worth mentioning except I want to let others know how easy and hassel free they made it. I sent them back and was amazed
at the turn around time. The customer service was most accommodating and I received update emails on a regular basis. Ergo, I was most impressed, satisfied and will more than likely use their services again. Also, keep a lookout for their specials, they are unbeatable.
