"Easy to navigate website and helpful staff made this a good experience for me as a first time user of Lenses For Hire. When I phoned for advise before ordering they kept me right. Lens was Canon f4 300m and it arrived safely and well packaged with return packaging and label included. Price compared better than competitors.

Unfortunately the lens was delivered to the wrong place but was redirected a couple of days later. This did not affect me too much as I was able to make use of the lens (for football shoots) on alternative dates. Lenses for Hire did everything possible to correct the mistake (made by the Courier) and extended the hire period to compensate.

I will use this company again without hesitation when I need a lens in the future."

"Wish other companies took a leaf out of Lenses For Hire's book when it comes to efficiency and customer service. Right from when you first enter their website, it is easy to find exactly what you want along with all the information regarding the hire process. No hidden costs or little extras added on.
Great that if you hire the lens for 3 days you get it for the full 3 days as it is delivered the day prior to your hire period and returned the day after the end of the hire period. Being able to select courier delivery and collection from the outset means you don't have to scramble around finding an independent courier to return the lens either.. all arranged up front.
Great communication and they keep you informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend Lenses For Hire if you need a specific lens for an occasion or event.

"This was the first time I had used Lenses For Hire and was impressed from the outset. They responded within minutes to my email and offered an excellent service. One good point is that you only start paying from the day after you receive the lens, and they give you a full day after you've finished in which to send the lens back.

I hired the Canon EF 100 - 400 L lens, it arrived in a secure plastic container with a padlock, and full instructions. Communication was excellent throughout the process.
