Despite the really bad snow when I ordered (and my mistake on the online ordering form which they phoned to sort out), the lens arrived within two days. The packaging was very good and easy to unwrap - which was important as the packing is used to return the lens at the end of the hire period.

"I hired a canon 500mm f4 lens, a heavy duty piece of kit. I did this so I could assess if I thought the lens was worth the £5000+. The lens arrived when the said it would and was very easy to order. I got two weeks for the price of one as it was over the christmas and new year break!
