"great way to try a more expensive lens,ordered 70-200 f2.8 to go to the galapagos.Arrived on the friday for a monday booking.The courier did not pick up due to knocking on a double glazed porch door instead of using the intercom but a phone call to lenses sorted that out with no extra charge for it being a day late. "This was the first but most definitely not the last time that I use lensesforhire. The service was great, as was the product itself.

I had a small blip with my payment (my fault), but phoned them the next day and spoke to a lovely woman who not only helped me, but also reserved the lens whilst I sorted myself out.

The packaging was perfect and to have the lens there, ready to go the day before made life easy, especially since what I was photographing was first thing the next day.

The pricing was excellent, although sending the lenses back myself (70-200mm and 1.4x extender) added an extra £25 in the end, so that is something to consider.

Overall, I rate them 10/10 and will use them again soon.

THe product was in great condition, arrived promptly and I was promptly notified as soon as the lens was receieved by the company. Great communication all around. They also make it really easy for you to send the items back by using re-usable packaging and offering plenty of options for choosing a courier.
