"Be aware that if they have any security concerns about your order, they will ignore you and any enquiries you make. This is their official policy as explained to me when I phoned them and spoke to the owner.

This meant I was without a lens I wanted for a very special event when I could have hired from elsewhere and avoided the disappointment.

If they'd contacted me, I'd have been willing to
leave a security deposit (even to the full value of the lens), or collect in person and provide plenty of documentation to prove that my order wasn't fraudulent.

Ignoring orders and enquiries is simply NOT acceptable and no other company I know of operates this way.
