"First time hirer - all went smooth & was easier than i thought. borrowed the 8m fisheye for a trip to New York City. Only blip was couldn't get the lenses delivered to work (university campus, which i guess is fair enough), fortunately had enough time to get delivered and collected from post office.

Emails from LFH kept me informed of progress all the way, and really enjoyed using a different lens for the fraction of the purchase cost.

Have used L4H again, this time through work. Hired a number of lenses for students to use. As a canon user i didn't know what lens to get nikon using students. I'd also left it really last minute so there wasn't full stock available. Stuart was able to advise and i got delivery the next day! students loved using pro lenses, plus i got great results!
