I recently put them to the test as I was shooting a Fashion Show and needed a sharp normal zoom lens (Nikkor 24-70 F2.8). So I placed my order through their simple web order system and as promised, the lens arrived on time, even after the courier had hickup'd slightly. So credit to them for chasing this up for me.

The lens was delivered in excellent condition, well packaged and was shipped with a Hoya Pro skylight filter as standard...a must really when hiring a lens worth over £1200.

Rented the Nikon 80-200mm F2.8 for a 2 week holiday.
As promised, the item arrived the day before the rental date, complete with full instructions for return. Correspondence was also provide when the item was sent out.
The lens was sufficiently protected in the box, and was in a used, but well maintained condition.
Return process was easy, with just a simple call in the morning to the number provided.
