Don’t Order anything from these people online!!!

"All I can tell you is they play games!!! Don’t ever order from them online! After five weeks of not receiving my item that I ordered I went to the local Leslies pool store see what I can do about the pump that I needed my pool is turning green again. So I ordered a new one from another company and got it in two days. I kept emailing them and calling them to cancel this order. they will never respond to you at all !!! The guy in the local store tried to help me cancel it, He obviously got a hold of somebody they said they would cancel it and lo and behold the next day guess what showed up on my door!! The pool pump that I said I did not want any more!! Six weeks later!!! Now i’m supposed to pay to ship it back to get my money back when it was free shipping on the way here?? Why should I have to pay to ship it back??? But it looks like that’s the way it’s going to turn out to get my money back so I’m gonna lose like 50 bucks of my money!!! They are the most horrible with customer service!!! Ridiculous!! Order from someone else!! "

Company is a scam

"Easily in the top 3 worst customer services and a scam. My husband was thinking about purchasing a pool but never confirmed the purchase. They processed the order anyway! My husband called them immediately and received a cancellation email. They went ahead and started shipping pool parts 4 days later. My husband and I have spent HOURS on hold. Been told a supervisor will call us back twice! No call backs, no refund and now they are telling us they still havent processed the cancelation 10 days later! And to top it off, now they are saying we will have to pay restocking fees for items that shipped or will ship before someone finally processes the cancelation! They can clearly see that we canceled it on the 11th and today is the 20th. We are calling our bank to dispute the charge since we never even confirmed the order in the first place. "

Horrible Experience

"We ordered a pool on May 5 2020 from the Leslie's Pool Store. We decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Our local store told us we had to call their Customer Care Center to cancel and request a refund of $1800.00. I have called Customer Care multiple times a day and I have emailed them, multiple times a day. I can not reach anyone, Phone IVR states the office is closed and to call during normal business hours, which I am. I have left voicemails, still no response. I have called our Local Leslie's Pool Store and they have informed me there is nothing they can do or help with, in a very rude way. Today the Freight company called me, R + L Freight, out of Dallas, TX, to schedule a time to deliver the pool. I declined the delivery and cancelled and told them I was trying to get a refund from Leslie's Pool, but can't get a hold of anyone. The lady at the freight company was rude, kept putting me on hold and transferring me, then finally confirmed my cancellation and then hung up on me. Worst experience ever and now I'm still trying to get my $1800.00 back. I will never again buy anything from Leslie's Pool Store."

Absolute worst company ever!

"Ordered 4 pool floats from them back in April. I received 1, all were assigned the same UPS tracking number, so I could not use UPS to find where the rest of my shipment is. I called in, and after waiting around an hour to talk with someone was promised my shipment would be fullfilled. It is now mid-May, still have not recieved my order which I was charged for, and when I try to call in I am put on never-ending hold, hung up on, and no one ever responds to email or webform submissions. Worst company ever, DO NOT USE LESLIES POOL SUPPLY!!!!!! THEY ARE A RIP_OFF!!! In the Swim is much better, should have stuck with them to begin with."

Where is my sauna!!

"One of the worst customer service I experienced. Wait it almost hour and half for two consecutive days. Still didnt talked to a representative regarding where is my sauna. They said will be delivered in one week.... it's been a month and few days"

Don't carry parts anymore.

"Needed a new D.E. tank to replace our old one. They don't carry it in store. I found it online $50 cheaper and didn't require their $150 install fee on top of sale.

Every time I need a spare part for my D.E. tank or multi-port valve, they don't seem to have it. They tell me this looks like it should work and it doesn't. Bought a NEW system thinking maybe mine was just too outdated, but no. They still didn't have parts. They ran out another pool store that did a much better job at keeping supplies in stock. Now I am finding that I have to order online. What a shame that you want to buy local, but can't.

If you want parts for your Polaris, they seem to have that. We have resorted to buying online. Hate Leslies.

"They charge you and than never send your item. Literally have to wait 2 hours to get to customer service. They never call back. They never respond to emails. Robot vacuum doesn’t ****

"Purchase a pool 500nvacuum didn't work. Took the expensive robot back. The manager said "its not broken" as he pushed it over the floor with horrible grinding sound. He refused to take it back 8 days after purchase w receipt Then blamed our pool. Had pool checked np more $ . As advised Had pool inspected & fixed . Pool repair confirmed broken vacuum nothing broken on pool & now to late to bring back. Found out later a part, suction tool was missing This is another corporate store, profit not people matter. Helpful, knowledgeable & polite but self serving. Promises made but not kept. Manager said he have the vac representative come out. Never happened Not a family owned store. They couldn't even get pool volume correct when tested. Give a like plz, just another reason to shop at mom and pop store."

Service Tech and Poor Products

"Had a Hayward spa heater installed 9/2018 and used it 5 times. The system was completely shut off from October 2019 until March 2020. When we tried to heat the spa in March we received an error message that the water was low - but it wasn't. Had a repair person come out from Leslies and were were told it wasn't worth repairing. Called Hayward and was assured it was under warranty. They told us to call Pinch a Penny for service. Waited 2 more weeks for the 2nd repair person to come out. He said it was a bad board but after changing it couldn't get it working. He then consulted with a Hayward manager and we were told it was chemical damage that isn't covered. Will never purchase another Hayward product again. Check out the reviews online - everyone is told the same thing. Own it, Hayward - your product stinks! Leslie's sold us on the product stating that the reviews out their weren't legit - so sorry I listened to them. "

"Whoever is Leslie's brain child behind their water sampling protocol needs to be fired, what a moronic move! Have been using Leslie's for years, today was the last.

If you are not smart enough to read the name and phone number on the bottle, what makes you think you will beable to read it on the paper everyone needs to fill out? Then the idiots turn around and ask questions on what was filled out, idiots.

Do not hire

"Worst company ever. After paying for a new pump I found out they charge $ 97 for the machine to make and appointment and another visit vor $ 50. Just for showing I ordered the pump and as a "favor" they waived the visit fee. When the pump arrived the installation was not included. Finally I asked the installer, as a favor, to install for me. I am a senior citizen not very able in this technologies. He said he did and programmed the same way he had as his own house. When he left it was working. After it stopped for the next day never started again. The waer is green. I tried to do it my self following the book and every time I try it said error. Call them and of course apologies and all this crap and offer me to send the technician again charging me AGAIN. Or I could bring them a water sample and there will be no charge. That's another insult. Every single company in the world do that for free. In don't recommend this people to anybody. Worst experience with any company in my life. I will give them all the zeros in the world."

No Service Service

"Just no communication at all constant delays and lies. Pool down now three weeks Jacuzzi Brand is absolute garbage. Never has worked properly. Finally give up on that just gonna live with it. Now the motor is out after just a little over a year.
My advice is just do not do business with these people at all. Untrained staff that is most likely underpaid and treated like crap so they could give a damn about helping you. Good customer service starts from the top this place has no top they are all on the bottom ..... the level of service from Leslie is pretty typical now days. Consumers everywhere struggle because no one really cares. But Leslies seems to take it a step further with a level of incompetence company wide that is is unbelievable.

Never buy any equipment from Leslie Pool

"I recently bought Polaris 380 cleaner and I used just one day and found its bag and outlet is 30% smaller than the old 380 pool cleaner I have and the leaves easily clog the pump outlet and the smaller bag. I request it to be returned but I was told I already used it and could not return.
Never buy any expensive pool supplies online from Leslie! Its return policy is horrible!
