"Had great luck with a 9-cell battery I bought 3 years ago for my dell d620 and it's finally dying. Just bought another one from them. Fast delivery and the new one has some improvements in the palm rest and is estimating 5 hours runtime on windows 8. Seems a bit high but I'll take it.

I hadn't logged in to their site in a long time and the password reset process could use some UI improvements but the directions allowed me to get it done and check out finally. The site didn't find my old order either, but it was 3 years ago, maybe they purged it.
Pricing was very good on the 9-cell but had to scroll to the bottom of the product page to find it."
