"I found "Level 8 Technology" a great site and easy to do business with. The response time was excellent and the product works very well. I do have an issue with manufacture of the item I purchased; an antenna was placed in the box which was damaged before placing it in the box! The box was not damaged upon delivery and the antenna was encased in Styrofoam, the broken piece at the joint of the antenna was no to be found in the box. I contacted L8T within 30 minutes of receipt and was told they would send a new antenna to arrive in about 14 days, have not seen it yet but I'm sure it will come along soon."

"I ordered 2 batteries on 08/15. Level 8 shipped only one. When I called to inquire, they checked the order and shipping manifest and indicated that the second battery would ship out immediately. It arrived yesterday (08/27). Now while they were very polite and resolved the issue immediately, it would have been nicer if I had not had to wait for the second battery. Shipping on both the first and second batteries was a bit slow."

"I am very satisfied by how am being treated by Level 8 Technology. The battery I purchased for my laptop appears to be defective. It has been easy to get through to a customer service rep by phone and by chat.
The new battery was shutting down my computer every time it reached 44% remaining charge. It would recharge to 100% and then shut down again when the battery level reached 44% giving me an error that the computer session was saved because the battery had reached unusable level.
I have received my return authorization promptly and am awaiting my replacement battery.
So up to this point I am very satisfied with Level 8 Technology and their service. Thank you."
