"This is a very "on top of it" organization. My order couldn't have gone any more smoothly! The process was easy, the product shipped right away, and it arrived right on time. While I was very pleased with the appearance of the product, I never had the chance to use it. Unfortunately the computer "died" the day before the batterty arrived. Since repair costs were prohibitive, I asked to return the battery. They issued a Return Merchandise Authorization with no problem, and the battery is on its way back."

"April 09,2012 Dear Sirs: AC Adapter was shipped quickly (next business day). It does look like what was shown in the picture (was not a bait and switch operation which I was concerned about). Even though the new AC Adapter unit is rated at 180 Watts (versus the original 135 Watts), it is significantly lighter in weight (at least noticeably lighter when one is held in each hand). It is wider than the original but is about the same length and thickness. At least, so far, it doesn't seem to overheat (they all get a little hot) but I have noticed that after it has been in use for a few hours I start to get radio interference that disappears when I unplug it; I am kind of hoping that it will lessen over time. Overall, I would recommend this company and it's products, they seem honest and honest people/companies are hard to find these days. /s/GS"

The product had a manufacturer's defect (no fault of the vendor). I contacted Level 8 Technology via E-mail.

I sent the bad item back.

I received a replacement in a timely fashion. The only part of the process I would have wished to be different was if I could let them place a credit card hold for a replacement (until they got the old one back) so I could have the new battery faster.

I can't comment on the price, as these batteries are available as high-dollar premium OEM all the way to low priced scary junk. I did read on Reseller Ratings of someone who purchased this battery & was pleased. Based on that review, I'd say the price is excellent.

The replacement looks to be of very good quality. I have not tested it yet, but I'm not worried- Level 8 will take care of any problems. I will purchase from them again without hesitation.
