"I placed an order online June 21 and checked it this morning since it had not arrived. I found that UPS had trouble delivering but we had never been contacted by UPS or LexJet so UPS returned the items to LexJet. Part of this order was needed for a presentation and would now require overnight delivery. LexJet told me that the cost to overnight would be $54.00, billed to me. When I objected to be charged the overnight shipping cost, a manager offered to throw in a free package of binder covers and just ship the entire order overnight...still at my expense. I elected to just have my partial order shipped overnight (at my expense) and cancelled the rest of the order. Because of my experience, I began shopping around have since found the same items at another company for almost 50% less than LexJet."
